Your appointment is conducted through a secure Telehealth platform.
Working online means that appointment times are workable around usual hours, including evenings and Saturday appointments.
In-person consultations are also available from the physical clinic on Auckland’s North Sore on Saturdays for those who prefer this option.

I could not be happier with my experience working with Sylvia. I've been on this journey trying to get to the bottom of my poor health for two and a half years now. I'd been to two different GP's. Two different Gastroenterologists. And one Immunologist. All could not diagnose my weight loss, low white blood cell and B vitamin count, low energy and irritability. After the first session and test Sylvia had already found the culprit and her treatment has got me back to normal. You can't believe what a relief it is to solve this, after having specialists tell you it's a change of life circumstances to name a one of the diagnoses. What I believe
It’s about more than just the food
You might not even realise the degree to which you’re standing in your own way when it comes to living in alignment with your health goals. Yes, you might come initially motivated for weight loss or improving a digestive issue – but more importantly, prepare for a major mindset shift about how you view your body and your life after you reach your goals.
Your symptoms tell a story
The body in all its wisdom has ways of communicating to us when our lifestyles are out of balance with our true needs and desires. I believe that your symptoms have a lot to say about what is out of balance and where your energy needs to be focused.
I don’t want or expect you to rely on me long-term
Ultimately my aim is to provide you with the tools and resources to get your health back on track and keep it that way long-term. Life is full of all sorts of road bumps, so it’s expected that things might go sideways at times. I aim to set you up with knowledge and skills to keep your health progressing beyond the time working together.
A strong mind and body must be fuelled by real food
The foundation of all healthy ways of eating always comes down to choosing minimally processed whole food. That means cutting down on sugar, refined carbs, processed industrial oils, and cheap additives. Eat nutrient-dense real food to fuel your body for optimal health.
Self-love and losing weight are not mutually exclusive
I believe you can love your body and be body-positive while feeling empowered on your own health journey. Of course, being able to love and accept yourself for who you are is absolutely important. However, self-love is not the opposite of healthy, sustainable weight loss. Your health journey isn’t about trying to change who you are – it’s about letting you to feel empowered and in control of your decisions to embrace your natural and vibrant self.
