Pregnancy is an exceptional time during which balancing good nutrition can be challenging on many levels. After looking at hundreds of research papers on lifestyle and nutrition during pregnancy, I have compiled relevant and practical information to support you through a healthy pregnancy.
I am seriously passionate about working with women who are planning pregnancy, pregnant, or have recently been pregnant to optimise their metabolic health for the best outcomes. I will support you to include plenty of nutrient-dense foods to support you and your little one’s rapid changes throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
Gestational diabetes
I have a special interest in pregnancy nutrition and gestational diabetes to the length that I went and did a PhD in this area. Most people first learn about gestational diabetes when they are pregnant and diagnosed or told they have an increased risk of being diagnosed. I help women optimise their nutrition pre-conception and throughout pregnancy to minimise the risks and challenges associated with gestational diabetes.
I will help you understand dietary and lifestyle factors that influence blood sugar levels. I provide a detailed personalised plan with tools and strategies to help to balance good nutrition for you and your baby, to reduce the stress of eating, and let you enjoy this special time.

I love to help women understand hormonal-related symptoms and the impact that nutrition and lifestyle have on their severity. As a woman myself also existing in the modern world, I have first-hand experience of the importance of nutrition and lifestyle for supporting hormones and all the glorious symptoms that can occur when we’re out of balance.

I have specific experience working with clients with many and varied digestive problems. When clinical causes have been ruled out medically, most digestive complaints can be linked to dietary causes. Using clinical expertise, I take a systematic approach to understanding the potential underlying causes of your digestive concerns and provide a structured plan forward to overcoming these issues.
My approach includes addressing issues associated with maldigestion, microbiome imbalances, intestinal hyperpermeability or inflammation, and dietary intolerances.
