I believe many of us have reserved to the fact that stress is a part of modern life.  Perhaps if we could all spend weekends meditating on a  hill top on some beautiful distant island, then maybe stress wouldn’t be such a major health problem that is today. Regardless, stress is there, and it’s not going away anytime soon.

It’s what we do with stress that counts.
