4 Things You Can Do Every Day To Support Gut Health

There’s a lovely team at HelloCare who share an awesome range of advice for supporting positive aging and wellness. I was asked to share some of my nutritional gems which contribute to overall good health with advancing health. 

Gut health is relevant to all of us as digestion is the steam engine which drives good nutrition and immune function (as well as a whole lot of other things that we could go plenty into detail with…think hormones, brain chemicals, joint pain, autoimmunity, inflammation, weight…).
